Newbury Living | Full-Time | Exempt

Ready to take your leadership to the next level? Newbury Living is looking for a driven, detail-oriented professional with 5+ years property management experience preferred in the Denver or Colorado area. 

Must be a self-motivated leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment. 

In this high-impact role, you’ll:

  • Oversee approximately 400 units across multiple Denver communities
  • Develop and execute strategies to increase occupancy and leasing performance
  • Improve resident retention, satisfaction and engagement
  • Monitor leasing activity, traffic, pricing, renewals and delinquency
  • Identify operational challenges and develop solutions
  • Maintain strong curb appeal and property standards

We’re looking for someone who is:

  • A strong leader with excellent communication and organizational skills
  • A strategic thinker who can balance big-picture goals with day-to-day operational excellence.  
  • Is familiar with the Denver metro apartment market
  • Experienced with RealPage and/or Appfolio software platforms
  • Has a passion for leasing, resident retention and team development
  • Passionate about making a difference in communities
  • Experience with affordable housing, tax credit, or mixed-income is a plus.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
