We're hiring for both Buyer II and Buyer III roles, offering a real path for growth within our supply chain team. You'll work alongside a collaborative, experienced procurement team that values mentorship and development.
Buyer III — Own end-to-end sourcing for assigned commodities including build-to-print PCBs, components, plastics, and sheet metal. Manage the MRP Action Report Form (MAR) in APEX, advise on Purchase Price Variance (PPV), lead E&O mitigation and non-conforming material (NCM) resolution, and mentor Buyer I and II team members while serving as the key liaison to our Customer Focus Teams.
Buyer II — Drive production purchasing and electronic component sourcing in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Read and interpret MRP requirements, manage quoting activity, and build strong working relationships across peers, suppliers, and customers.

What we're looking for
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education & experience
Minimum 5 years' experience as a buyer in a manufacturing environment (Buyer II); commensurate senior-level experience for Buyer III
Electronic component purchasing and quoting experience required
Proficiency with MRP/ERP systems required (Epicor, SAP, Oracle, or similar)
Strong Excel skills; Microsoft Teams proficiency preferred
Aerospace/defense experience and knowledge of AS9100, DoD, and ITAR regulations preferred
A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset that thrives on ambiguity and competing priorities
