What You'll Do

Develop and execute social media strategies across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms
Create, schedule, and manage engaging content including posts, reels, stories, and videos
Monitor social media performance metrics and optimize campaigns based on engagement and growth
Partner with onsite teams to ensure consistent branding, posting schedules, and best practices
Train and support onsite teams on social media strategy and content creation
Develop high-quality visual and written marketing content that aligns with company brand standards
Capture and edit short-form videos including property tours, lifestyle content, resident events, and team highlights
Write compelling captions, advertising copy, and marketing content that resonates with target audiences
Maintain a marketing content calendar across multiple communities and campaigns
Design and coordinate marketing collateral including flyers, brochures, leasing signage, email campaigns, event materials, and promotional assets
Ensure all marketing materials maintain consistent branding and messaging across every property
Support branding, marketing, and collateral development for new developments and lease-up communities
Assist with digital marketing campaigns and community outreach initiatives
Utilize AI tools to enhance content creation, streamline workflows, and improve marketing efficiency while maintaining brand authenticity
Stay current on emerging marketing trends, social media platforms, and AI technologies
Collaborate with operations, leasing teams, and executive leadership to support company marketing initiatives
Assist with marketing audits, campaign reporting, and performance analysis

Effective use of AI and marketing technology to improve efficiency while maintaining quality and authenticity

Qualifications
2-5 years of experience in marketing, social media management, content creation, or digital marketing
Multifamily, real estate, or property management marketing experience preferred
Strong experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar graphic design platforms
Experience creating and editing short-form video content for social media
Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills
Strong understanding of social media analytics and performance metrics
Experience utilizing AI tools to improve marketing efficiency and content development
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and communities simultaneously
Self-motivated, creative, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
High School diploma required; Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field preferred
