Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented LPN with residential group home experience to join our team at NCC Solutions. You will be providing services to adults with developmental disabilities in a residential /day program setting. We are currently looking to fill a full time position, Monday thru Friday 6am to 2pm.

This position pays $27.00 per hour.
Main Duties will include:
- Providing supervision and professional care to the individuals under the direction of the Registered Nurse
- Provide training and guidance to Direct Support Professionals
- Administration of medication as required
- Providing assistance with routine treatments and nursing services/tasks
- Monitoring the medical needs of individuals, communicating any change of status, and providing direction in accordance to the level of care needed
- Contribute to the nursing plan of care
- Maintain infection control logs
Requirements
Minimum requirements include:
- Graduate of accredited school of nursing
- Licensed by the State of Ohio and current on all CEUs
- Valid Ohio driving license
- Competent with computer skills
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Ability to delegate tasks
- Ability to maintain a calm demeanor
