Job DetailsJob Location: NTX Meridian Practice Medical City Arlington [MCA] - Arlington, TX 76015Salary Range: $330,000.00 - $350,000.00Meridian Anesthesia, a division of National Partners in Healthcare, is seeking experienced and motivated CRNAs to join our team at Medical City Arlington.

COMPENSATION
Paid malpractice coverage
Compensation to commensurate with shifts but will range from $330k- $350k+, based on shifts, plus opportunities to earn additional pay through call and extra shift pay

6 weeks off schedule

CRNAs place spinals, epidurals, peripheral nerve blocks, arterial / central lines, etc.
2 MDs in house 24/7
PRACTICE ENVIROMENT
Medical City Arlington - Level II Trauma Center
Full Clinical Autonomy: Primarily medical supervision with 1:3 ratios; will provide lots of teaching and training to allow CRNAs to function autonomously
Hands-On Practice: CRNAs independently perform blocks, lines, epidurals, and spinals
Supportive Physicians: MDs love to teach but maintain a hands-off approach
Work-Life Balance: Weekends and nights are not required
Flexible Extra Income: Weekend and night shifts available for those who want additional earnings
QualificationsMust have (or be in process of getting) your NBCRNA Certification, Texas license, ACLS Card, and PALS Card.
