Position Summary
The Quality Assurance Specialist (QA) is responsible for ensuring Nan & Company Properties maintains high standards of quality, compliance, and efficiency. This role supports agents through compliance oversight, training, and transaction coordination.
Key Responsibilities
Compliance
- Ensure compliance with TREC regulations and company policies.
- Review transaction files for accuracy and completeness.
- Enforce internal document submission and approval processes.
- Communicate compliance updates and documentation requirements to agents.
Training
- Host weekly company-wide training sessions
- Create/Maintain training guides, templates, and checklists.
Qualifications
- Texas Real Estate License preferred.
- Knowledge of TREC contracts and compliance.
- Experience with SkySlope, TransactionDesk, and ZipForms preferred.
- Strong organization, communication, and attention to detail.
Schedule & Benefits
- Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
