L.E.A.D - Shift Lead (Internal Promotion)

ROLE REQUIREMENTS

• Must have a signed off PFG for the Shift Lead role
• Must be certified in all hourly positions
• Must have the ability to complete Shift Lead Pre-Work 4 weeks in a training restaurant and be validated by a representative of the Training Department
• Must complete onsite training and Shift Lead transition checklist within first 90 days in position
• Comfortable with both verbal and written English communication
• Must pass a background and credit check
• Be able to hold a food handlers and alcohol serving license (as needed by the restaurant’s jurisdiction)
• Must maintain a HOT or higher performance rating
• Possess excellent communication skills that will serve their ability to professionally navigate and resolve situations with both Nandocas and guests

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Able to independently lift up to 50lbs for an extended period of time
• Must be able to walk and/or stand for 8-10 hours per day
• Hand-eye coordination
• Reaching, bending twisting, stooping
• Pushing and Pulling
• Lifting overhead
• Must be able to climb stairs in restaurants that have multiple levels

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS AND EXPERIENCE

• High School diploma or equivalent education preferred
