We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our team and support our exclusive clients. This is a fully remote role, offering flexibility and autonomy, with periodic quarterly travel for team meet-ups and client meetings.
Requirements
- Proven experience in recruitment or talent management, preferably within Technology and Finance sectors.
- Excellent sourcing and screening skills with the ability to identify high-quality candidates.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment.
- Proficiency in using LinkedIn, Job Boards, and CRM systems.
- Willingness to travel quarterly for team meet-ups and client meetings.
