My Place Hotel Anchorage is seeking a reliable, energetic team player to join our front desk and operations team. This is a hands-on hospitality role in a fast-paced environment where guest service, cleanliness, and teamwork all come together to keep the hotel running smoothly.


Schedule

  • 2-4 days per week
  • 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM (Evening Shift)
  • Flexible scheduling within coverage needs

What You'll Do

This role includes a combination of front desk and hotel support duties, including:

  • Welcoming guests and handling check-ins and check-outs
  • Assisting with reservations and guest requests
  • Supporting daily front desk operations and guest services
  • Maintaining accurate system entries and communication logs
  • Completing laundry duties as needed
  • Cleaning and maintaining hotel common areas
  • Ensuring overall cleanliness and presentation standards are met throughout the shift
  • Working closely with team members to ensure smooth hotel operations

We are looking for someone who:

  • Communicates clearly and works well with a team
  • Takes pride in cleanliness and attention to detail
  • Can multitask between guest service and housekeeping duties
  • Is willing to learn (hotel experience is a plus, but not required)

We will train the right candidate. Reliability and a strong work ethic are essential.
