Launch Entertainment Norwood is hiring a Shift Supervisor to help lead daily operations and make sure every guest (kids and parents alike)has a great experience. This is a hands-on leadership role: you'll run shifts, lead a team, and be the person staff and guests count on to keep things running smoothly.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Oversee day-to-day facility operations, including opening and closing duties
- Supervise, train, and support staff on shift
- Monitor safety protocols and ensure a clean, well-maintained facility
- Ensure guests receive friendly, responsive service at every touchpoint
- Handle scheduling, reports, and inventory management
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally
- Act as a liaison between staff and management, modeling Momentum's core values
PAY & SCHEDULE
- 20-22/hr (based on experience)
- Part-time
- Willingness to work weekends, holidays, and evenings as needed

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Previous supervisory or leadership experience in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and people skills - comfortable managing a team and connecting with guests
- Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
- Self-motivated, dependable, and well-organized
- Must be at least 18 years old, with a high school diploma or equivalent
- Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- ServSafe certification preferred (or willingness to obtain within 90 days)
