In this hands-on role, you’ll be responsible for operating machinery, assembling products, and ensuring that production targets are met with precision and efficiency. Key Responsibilities
Strictly follow instructions
Pick-up and prepare manufacturing schedule daily
Fill, seal, and stack boxes/bags properly and neatly
Write down the actual counts of boxes per batch on production floor sheet
Notify the supervisor of any errors, differences, or irregularities in product
Get pallets used for stacking finished material when needed
Get bundles of empty boxes/bags when needed
Notify the supervisor of any equipment problems
Assist the mixer if needed
Clean area at the end of shift
Training new employees in station
Be prepared for job rotation if needed
Use safety equipment when required and follow all safety rules
Follow all company policies and procedures
Other duties as needed
Qualifications
Full time position working on production line Must be able to lift 50 pounds and have own transportation. Random drug testing is required for safety purposes.
