WHAT YOU’LL DO

  1. Be the face of MCR for new hires and team members; exemplify MCR’s values and set a great example by always demonstrating excellent guest service and professionalism.
  2. Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere.
  3. Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently, ensuring accuracy in reservations, payments, and guest information.
  4. Supervise, train, and mentor front desk associates to ensure excellent customer service and adherence to resort policies and procedures.
  5. Address and resolve guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.
  6. Proactively provide information about resort facilities, services, and local attractions to enhance guest experiences.
  7. Foster positive relationships with repeat guests and VIPs to enhance their experience and encourage loyalty.
  8. Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure rooms are prepared for guest arrivals and address any maintenance issues promptly.
  9. Work cross-functionally with other departments to find solutions that enhance guest satisfaction and streamline operations.
  10. Assist in managing room availability to optimize revenue and occupancy.
  11. Manage guest payments, process invoices, and manage the cash drawer accurately.
  12. Prepare daily financial reports and reconcile discrepancies as needed.
  13. Create, maintain, and facilitate a positive and safe work environment; promote positive team member relations and reports issues to the appropriate personnel.
  14. Perform other duties as assigned.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

  • Ability to obtain a Class IIIB gaming license. 
  • Minimum of two (2) years of luxury hospitality experience required
  • Minimum of one (1) year of supervisory experience required
  • Proven experience in Front Desk or Guest Services operations required
  • Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or related field a plus!  
  • Tribal gaming experience a plus.
