WHAT YOU’LL DO 

  • Exemplifies Muckleshoot Casino Resort’s for new hires and team members; exemplify Muckleshoot Casino Resort's values and set a great example by always demonstrating excellent guest service and professionalism. 
  • Practice, support, and promote the mission, vision, and values of Muckleshoot Casino Resort. 
  • Stock beer, wine, liquor, ice, mixers, and dry goods.
  • Give breaks to Bartender or Beverage Servers. 
  • Wash and stock glassware and utensils. 
  • Clean bar area in a safe and sanitary manner. 
  • Mix drinks as needed. 
  • Creates, maintains, and facilitates a positive work environment; promotes positive team member relations and reports issues to the appropriate personnel. 
  • Other duties as assigned.  

WHAT YOU’LL BRING 

  • Ability to obtain a Class III B gaming license. 
  • Bartending school or relevant job experience preferred. 
  • Must maintain a valid WA State Health Card/Food Handlers Permit. 
  • Must have or be able to obtain a Class 12 Alcohol Service Permit. 

HOW YOU’LL BE SUCCESSFUL 

  • Knowledge and skill using Point of Sales System. 
  • Knowledge of BERG liquor dispensing system. 
  • Knowledge of health & safety standards, and safety regulations as required. 
  • Skilled in effectively communicating and demonstrating ability to work well with guests and co-workers. Read, write, and speak English fluently. 
  • Ability to exhibit good character, self- motivated, and hard working. 
  • Ability to maintain neat, clean, and healthy work habits. 
  • Ability to demonstrate quick and efficient processes. 
  • Ability to identify and handle intoxicated guests in accordance with established policy and procedure. 
  • Must be 21 years or older.
