About this role
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Perform installation of fiber optic cable in both indoor and outdoor settings
- Blow fiber into duct banks
- Install fiber optic cabling for phones, internet, television, and other telecommunications
- Maintain accurate field documentation and supporting project timelines
- Read, create and maintain schematics and diagrams
- Ensure all fiber operations are completed in accordance with customer and industry specifications
- Safety training as required by position
- Paperwork filing and maintenance of all equipment and vehicles as needed
Essential Education and Qualifications:
- Valid Driver’s License
- Willingness to travel
Physical Demands:
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time, bend, stoop, crawl, etc.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
- Must be able to work at heights and in confined spaces
- Able to work in all weather conditions (rain, snow, heat)
- Must be able to identify color

Pay: $19-$28/hr
