Position Overview
We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to provide high-quality, patient-centered care in an outpatient pain management setting.
You will work with both new and established patients, helping develop and manage comprehensive treatment plans.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct new patient evaluations and follow-up visits
Perform musculoskeletal and focused physical exams
Develop and manage individualized treatment plans
Prescribe medications in accordance with guidelines
Order and interpret diagnostic tests
Coordinate care with physicians and multidisciplinary teams
Perform minor procedures (training provided)
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in EHR
QualificationsQualifications
Active NP or PA license (required)
Active DEA license (required)
Experience in pain management, orthopedics, spine, or neurosurgery preferred but not required
Strong communication and clinical decision-making skills
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
Schedule
Monday–Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Friday: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM
No being on call or weekend requirements
