About this role
The Senior Administrative Assistant plays a critical role in providing high-level executive support to Senior Executives, enabling them to operate effectively in a fast-paced, global environment. This position requires a highly proactive, adaptable, and commercially aware individual who can anticipate needs, exercise sound judgement, and manage competing priorities with professionalism and discretion.
Key responsibilities include complex calendar management, coordinating domestic and international travel, preparing reports and presentations, organising meetings and events, and supporting key business initiatives and projects. The successful candidate will build strong relationships across the business and act as a trusted partner to senior stakeholders, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and the efficient delivery of priorities.
As Morrison is a global organisation operating across multiple time zones, this role requires a flexible approach to working hours and a willingness to respond to business needs outside of standard office hours when required.
About the Role
- Provide high-level executive support to Senior Executives in a fast-paced, global environment.
- Manage complex calendars, meetings, priorities, and domestic and international travel.
- Act as a trusted liaison for senior leaders, internal teams, investors, advisers, and external stakeholders.
- Prepare and coordinate executive documents, presentations, reports, briefings, agendas, and follow-up actions.
- Support strategic initiatives and business projects through strong coordination, problem solving, and stakeholder engagement.
- Handle confidential information with discretion, sound judgement, professionalism, and attention to detail.
- Contribute to an effective Business Support team by sharing knowledge, mentoring others, and improving processes.
- Work flexibly across time zones to support senior stakeholders and global business needs.
About You
- Extensive experience supporting Executive Directors, C-suite leaders, Board members, or senior leadership teams in a corporate environment.
- Highly organised, proactive, and able to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Confident communicator who builds trusted relationships with senior executives, Board members, investors, and external stakeholders.
- Strong digital capability, including advanced Microsoft 365 skills and the ability to use AI tools to improve productivity and efficiency.
- Sound judgement, discretion, commercial awareness, and professionalism when handling sensitive information.
- Adaptable, resilient, and comfortable supporting stakeholders across multiple time zones, including working flexibly when required.
- Collaborative, reliable, and committed to delivering high-quality support with strong attention to detail.
