Provides direct patient care including evaluation and treatment as outlined by the guidelines of NYS Occupational Therapy Practice Act and Hospital policy.

Provides routine clinical mentoring to Staff OTs, COTA's, Rehabilitation Aides/ Senior Nursing Attendants, students and/or volunteers.

Embraces the team concept of the department and the customer service approach to patient care

Work Schedule - Sunday - Thursday Opportunity to work a 4 day or 5 day work schedule

5 day work week- Sunday - Thursday- hours vary, can be 8am-4:pm, 8:30am- 4:30pm or 9am-5pm

4 day work week – Sunday -Thursday - day off varies, hours vary

Job Details:

BS in Occupational Therapy – Required

Masters Degree - Preferred

NY State OT License and Registration – Required

Minimum of 3 years clinical experience - Required
