Modern Maintenance, Inc. is hiring housekeepers in a professional setting.
Wage: Starting at $21/hr. + $250 Sign-On Bonus after 4 months of employment with perfect attendance.
Shift:
Monday-Friday 7:00AM-3:30PM- $22/hr
Drug screen is required for employment

The responsibilities include:
- Supervision of on-site janitorial staff
- Resolving customer issues in a professional and timely manner
- Helping plan and prepare work schedules
- Promoting and maintaining a safe work environment
- Maintaining accurate records
- Working with Area Manager to ensure quality standards are met
- Other job duties as needed
This is a working position. Cleaning required.
- Empty trash containers
- Clean bathrooms
- Vacuum all carpeted floors
- Dust, mop, and sweep hard floors
- Dust all horizontal surfaces high and low
- Remove fingerprints and marks from glass and stainless-steel surfaces
- Maintain the cleanliness of closets and storage areas
- Notify Area Manager of any problems
- Perform other janitorial duties as required
Physical and Other Requirements
- Reliable transportation and strong attendance record
- Professional and well-groomed appearance
- Must be able to lift/push/pull up to 50 pounds
- Must be able to stand/walk for the entirety of the shift
