Equipment Repair Technician

Summary:

The Equipment repair Technician will perform troubleshooting, and repairs to MOC automotive equipment. Technical aptitude and people skills are a must. This is a hands-on position requiring ability to identify and correct mechanical issues. 

Equipment Repair Technician Job Responsibilities: 

• Maintains the highest level of customer satisfaction by resolving all possible MOC automotive equipment issues in a professional and timely manner
• Perform troubleshooting, and repairs to MOC automotive equipment
• Drive company vehicle to customer locations for machine repairs as needed
• Escalates all problems and issues to management when necessary
• Follow company’s field procedures and protocols

Equipment Repair Technician Qualifications and Experience: 

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1+ years of related work experience or equivalent combination of education and related experience
• Automotive Experience is a plus
• Must be mechanically inclined. Familiar with hand tools.
• Must have 12V DC experience 
• Ability to work with little supervision
• Proven customer service skills are a must
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instruction in English. Ability to write simple correspondence.
• Basic mathematical skills
• Driver’s license and clean driving record required
