As an Analyst (m/f/d) in our Group Treasury team, you play a key role in ensuring efficient liquidity management, reliable payment transactions, and robust treasury processes across the Group.

Your Role

  • You manage daily cash positioning, including the monitoring and analysis of bank accounts, cash pools, and liquidity balances, and support the investment of short-term operating liquidity as well as the monitoring of credit facility utilization
  • You execute and monitor payment transactions and contribute to the continuous improvement of payment processes across the Group
  • You manage bank relationships, bank accounts, user access rights, communication channels, and bank fee monitoring
  • You reconcile bank account statements and treasury system data to ensure accuracy, transparency, and reliable treasury operations
  • You prepare and monitor intercompany financing agreements and contribute to treasury reporting by ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of information
  • You act as a trusted contact person for treasury-related matters of Group companies worldwide and coordinate with treasury colleagues regarding longer-term liquidity investments
  • You support treasury projects focusing on digitalization, payment infrastructure, process optimization, and treasury systems, and maintain and further develop master data, templates, workflows, and system structures within the Treasury Management System and related applications

Your Profile

  • You have completed a commercial education (e.g., HAK) or hold a university degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Information Systems, or a comparable field
  • You ideally have gained initial professional experience in Treasury, Cash Management, Payments, Banking Operations, Accounting, Auditing, Controlling, Shared Services, or a comparable business environment
  • You have a genuine interest in liquidity management, payment transactions, treasury processes, and financial systems
  • You are proficient in Microsoft Excel and comfortable working with data and financial information
  • You ideally have experience with Treasury Management Systems, electronic banking platforms, ERP systems, and/or process automation tools
  • You combine strong analytical skills with a structured, detail-oriented, and solution-oriented way of working and enjoy improving processes and identifying optimization opportunities
  • You are a proactive team player who enjoys working at the intersection of finance and technology and communicates confidently in both German and English

For this position, an annual compensation package starting at € 44,000 gross all-in is offered according to your qualifications and professional experience.
