We are seeking a data-driven Engagement Analysis Specialist to provide specialized analytical support for enterprise communications and workforce engagement initiatives. This role focuses on collecting, analyzing, and translating engagement data into actionable strategies that improve communication effectiveness and audience reach.

Essential Functions

Data Collection & Audience Insight

Collect quantitative metrics across web, email, and social media channels and gather qualitative feedback from events and campaigns.
Assess audience behaviors, preferences, and needs to inform communication planning and engagement strategies.

Engagement Analysis & Insight Development

Analyze multi-channel engagement data to identify trends, performance drivers, and areas for improvement.
Diagnose engagement gaps, emerging risks, and optimization opportunities.

Strategy Development & Recommendations

Translate analytical findings into clear, actionable recommendations for leadership.
Develop data-driven strategies to improve engagement, reach, and content performance.
Support continuous improvement efforts through ongoing insight-backed guidance.

Reporting & Visualization

Create dashboards, reports, and executive-level briefings that communicate key insights and performance outcomes.
Present findings clearly to support leadership decision-making and strategic planning.
Maintain accurate documentation of metrics, methodologies, and analytical processes.

QualificationsRequired Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Communications, Marketing, Business, Statistics, or related field.
3+ years of experience in engagement analytics, digital communications analysis, or performance measurement.
Experience analyzing web, email, and social media metrics.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
Experience developing dashboards, reports, and executive-level briefings.
Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, CMS or social analytics tools).
Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience supporting federal or enterprise communications programs.
Familiarity with acquisition or workforce development environments.
Experience with survey tools and qualitative analysis methods.
Experience developing KPI frameworks or performance measurement plans.
