We’re looking for a driven, relationship-focused Exhaust Sales Representative who’s ready to help expand our reach and contribute to a company that’s doing good for both vehicle owners and the planet. The ideal candidate must possess knowledge related to the automotive aftermarket industry, ideally in emissions and exhaust parts. Local candidates are preferred, but remote candidates will be considered based on experience and qualifications.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and objectives.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, which may include, making cold calls, meeting with potential clients and business owners in person.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships with distributors, retailers, and automotive service providers.
Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to prospective customers.
Negotiate and close sales agreements to meet revenue targets.
Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to enhance product offerings and market positioning.
Monitor and report on market trends, competitor activities, and collaborate with internal teams to align customer feedback with product offerings and services.
Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
Requirements:
- Proven track record of success in sales, specifically within the automotive aftermarket industry.
Minimum 7 years of experience in a sales role in aftermarket parts.
Experience selling catalytic converters in the CARB or Federal market is preferred.
Strong technical knowledge of automotive aftermarket products is highly desirable.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Compensation & Benefits:
Compensation for this role will be based on Salary and Commissions, and will be determined based on experience, skills, and qualifications.
