Fulfillment Team Lead
Join Millennium Print Group as a Fulfillment Team Lead!
We're looking for a Fulfillment Team Lead to join our team. If you're passionate about logistics, warehouse operations, shipping and receiving, team leadership, and operational excellence, this is your opportunity to support the delivery of world-class trading card products enjoyed by fans around the globe.
Location: Raleigh, NC
Schedule: Full-Time | Onsite
FLSA Status: Hourly Non-Exempt

🔹 Summary
The Fulfillment Team Lead is responsible for leading daily fulfillment, shipping, receiving, and warehouse activities while ensuring products and materials are processed accurately, efficiently, and safely.
This hands-on leadership role supports operational success by coordinating team activities, maintaining quality and safety standards, improving efficiencies, and ensuring customer shipments are completed on time and according to specifications.
🔹 What You'll Do
- Lead daily shipping, receiving, fulfillment, and warehouse operations.
- Provide guidance, coaching, and support to fulfillment team members.
- Ensure incoming materials are inspected and received accurately.
- Verify outbound shipments meet customer specifications and delivery requirements.
- Monitor workflow and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Collaborate with Supervisors and Management to resolve operational issues.
- Assist with scheduling, attendance tracking, staffing adjustments, and department reporting.
- Support employee training, onboarding, and development activities.
- Maintain accurate records and operational documentation.
- Promote compliance with safety standards, quality requirements, and company procedures.
- Ensure security protocols are followed within assigned work areas.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives that enhance operational performance.
🔹 What You'll Bring
Education & Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- 4+ years of experience in fulfillment, logistics, warehouse operations, manufacturing, shipping/receiving, or distribution.
- Previous leadership or Lead experience preferred.
- Experience in an ISO-regulated environment is a plus.
Skills & Abilities
- Strong leadership and team development skills.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Customer-focused mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and warehouse or inventory systems.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer and reporting skills.
- Bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus.
- Basic mathematics proficiency.
