Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) – Full Time

Location: 610 19th St, Columbus, GA

Schedule: Monday–Thursday 8:00 AM–5:30 PM; Friday 8:00 AM–2:00 PM

Pay: $20–$23/hr

About the Role
Millennium Physician Group is seeking an experienced Certified Medical Assistant to join our busy primary care practice. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, delivers excellent patient care, and works well as part of a clinical team.

How will you make an impact & Requirements

‎

Key Responsibilities

• Patient intake, vitals, and medical history documentation

• Assisting providers with exams and in‑office procedures

• Administering injections and immunizations

• Performing EKGs, phlebotomy, and point‑of‑care testing

• Collecting specimens and completing basic lab tasks

• Managing patient flow and supporting clinic efficiency

• EMR documentation and clinical task follow‑up

• Handling referrals, prior authorizations, and medication refill support

• Maintaining exam rooms, supplies, and equipment

• Providing occasional front‑office support

Qualifications

• Certified Medical Assistant (required)

• Minimum 2 years of experience

• Urgent care or family medicine experience preferred

• Strong multitasking and time‑management skills

• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, high‑volume clinic

• BLS certification required

Compensation Range:

$18.00

to

$27.00

The anticipated base salary range represents the Company's good-faith estimate of the compensation it reasonably expects to pay for this position at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, skills, qualifications, geographic location, internal equity, and business needs.
