Why Milestone?
This isn't a traditional call center where success is measured by how quickly you close a ticket. The conversations our admissions team handles can determine whether someone takes the next step toward getting treatment.
As Call Center Supervisor, you'll have the opportunity to develop people, improve performance, strengthen our admissions process, and directly impact Milestone's growth.
We're looking for someone who enjoys coaching people, understands the numbers behind a high-performing call center, and knows how to create accountability without losing sight of the people behind every call.
