Certified Automotive Technician
If you're a certified automotive technician, you already know what separates a great shop from one that just hangs a sign out front.
We're looking for an experienced Certified Technician who can diagnose efficiently, repair correctly, and flag strong hours without sacrificing quality. If you're comfortable with today's vehicle technology, diagnostic systems, and complex repairs, you'll fit right in. Ford experience and certifications are a plus, but not required. Our top techs earn $200K+ per year!
What We're Looking For
- A minimum of three years of automotive technician experience
- Manufacturer and/or ASE certifications preferred
- Ford experience or Ford certifications are a plus
- A valid driver's license with an approved motor vehicle record per our insurance requirements
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- Comfortable with scan tools, electrical systems, and today's vehicle technology
- Solid computer skills
- Ability to handle the physical demands of the job, including lifting, standing, and moving throughout the day
