Responsibilities
Facilitate communication between care teams by managing inbound and outbound calls, emails, and faxes at our call center
Promptly respond to patients’ and our care teams’ inquiries
Scheduling appointments
Obtaining and documenting patient demographic information
Entering clinical messages or questions into the electronic health record system
Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED is required
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Excellent customer service and computer skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Friendly, personable demeanor
Detail oriented
Ability to multi-task
One year of experience in the medical field is preferred but not required.
