Job Description:


Ensure and serve guests with an elevated experience demonstrating menu knowledge, sales ability, and "our story".


Typical Work Conditions:


Restaurant or other outlet.


Equipment Used:


Trays, various dishes, glassware, flatware, room service equipment, and other food and beverage service items.


Knowledge/Training:


  • Candidate must be fluent in English and demonstrate an ability to communicate clearly with guests and associates.
  • Experience required.
  • Must have basic knowledge of beer, wine and spirits and be familiar with menu items.
  • Must demonstrate the ability to upsell and drive revenue.



Essential Tasks:


  • Provide superior table service to the guest per Hotel standards.
  • Upsell items that generate additional revenue for the restaurant while satisfying the guest.
  • Complete all payment transactions per hotel policies and procedures.
  • Perform duties per shift including setup and cleanup.
  • Clean and reset tables per standard.
  • Replenish buffet with hot and cold items as needed (when applicable).
  • Seat guests.
  • Serve room service orders per Hotel standards and guidelines.
  • Familiarize with open table to input reservations according to standard.
  • Answer phones within 2 rings.
  • Participate and attend pre-shift meetings or huddles.
  • Execute other duties as assigned by managers/supervisors.
