Production Technician – Direct Hire
Starting Pay: $21.84/hour + Shift Premiums & Overtime Opportunities

What You'll Do

  • Operate manufacturing equipment and support production processes
  • Perform basic equipment adjustments and troubleshooting
  • Follow safety and quality standards
  • Work with your team to meet production goals
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives

 

What We're Looking For

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • At least 1 year of experience in manufacturing, warehouse, distribution, construction, landscaping, farming, military, or other hands-on labor roles
  • Stable work history
  • Strong attendance and reliability
  • Forklift experience preferred
