Desk Clerk - Burbank Blvd Senior (swing shift)

The Desk Clerk will support residents at Burbank Blvd Senior Housing, provide customer service and security for the residents and property, and communicate with the proper authorities and Property team.

We encourage candidates with lived experience to apply. This is an on-site position.  

Schedule:  Sunday -  Thursday 4pm–12am.

Pay: $20.00-$22.00/hour

 Minimum Requirements:    High school diploma or equivalent   /    General office experience.

 Knowledge and Skills: 

•  Work with diverse and vulnerable populations who have experienced homelessness. 
• Answer telephone and greet residents and guests clearly.  
• Treat a variety of people with respect and compassion.  
• Maintain confidentiality.  
• Decide when an incident is an emergency and take appropriate action.  
• Write messages in a legible fashion.
