About this role
We are seeking motivated individuals who enjoy travel, organization, and helping others create memorable experiences. As a Vacation Planning Specialist, you'll work with clients to research and coordinate vacations based on their interests, preferences, and budget.
Responsibilities:
* Research destinations, resorts, cruises, flights, and vacation packages
* Help clients compare options and select travel that fits their needs
* Coordinate accommodations, transportation, activities, and other travel arrangements
* Communicate with clients throughout the planning and booking process
* Provide destination information and travel recommendations
* Assist with reservation questions or changes when needed
Qualifications:
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Strong organization and attention to detail
* Comfortable using a computer and online resources
* Ability to work independently and manage your time
* Previous travel industry experience is not required
* Must reside in an eligible location within the U.S., U.K., Australia, Latin America, or Spain
