Senior Client Service Executive

Medusind Solutions India Private Limited is seeking a motivated Senior Client Service Executive to join our DeliveryMedical RCMOps Management team. Working the night shift, you will engage in outbound voice processes such as insurance claim status verification, denial documentation, patient and provider outreach, and AR reporting, ensuring compliance with client SLAs and Medusind’s quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to insurance carriers for claim status and eligibility verification.
• Document claim denials and initiate appropriate follow‑up actions.
• Contact insurance carriers based on client‑provided appointments.
• Prepare and reconcile outstanding claims and accounts receivable reports.
• Call insurers to obtain status of unpaid claims.
• Perform any voice‑based process as required (insurance follow‑up, patient calling, provider outreach, etc.).
• Maintain accurate individual daily logs.
• Achieve assigned targets with speed and accuracy in line with client SLAs.
• Collaborate with team members and assist them to meet shared goals.
• Escalate issues to seniors promptly and adhere to information security and quality policies.

Qualifications

• Freshers or candidates with 1+ year of voice‑based experience.
• Any undergraduate or graduate degree.
• Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
• Willingness to work night shift (8 pm‑5 am or 5:30 pm‑2:30 am).
• Basic understanding of medical billing or RCM concepts (preferred).
• Proficiency with computer applications and client‑specific software.
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Ability to meet SLA targets consistently.
• Team player with a collaborative mindset.
• Awareness of compliance, information security, and quality guidelines.
