Qualifications of Service
Advisor/Writer
- 5+ years of experience as
an Automotive Service Advisor/Writer
- Expertise in dispatching
work, selling service, and building work orders
- Positive and friendly
attitude
- Customer service &
customer relationship-building skills
- Strong organization
skills, able to multitask effectively
- Great communication
skills (in-person, phone, email) and team player able to build positive,
productive working relationships with co-workers and manager
- Ability to recommend
additional service required for customer safety and improved car performance,
including strategizing on how to sequence repairs based on importance
- Very good computer skills
- Attentive listener
- Energetic & proactive
- Able to learn and adapt
- Attention to detail with
the ability to follow instructions
