McGrath Acura of Downtown Chicago is looking for motivated, outgoing Automotive Sales Consultants to join our team.

What You’ll Do
- Assist customers in selecting and purchasing the right vehicle for their needs
- Build relationships with prospective and existing customers
- Prospect for new customers and sales opportunities
- Explain vehicle features, options, technology, and benefits
- Develop strong product knowledge across our selection of import and luxury vehicles
- Create engaging, trust-based customer relationships through professional and transparent communication
- Provide outstanding customer service throughout the entire purchase journey
- Follow up with customers and help ensure a positive ownership experience
- Participate in continued training and professional development to strengthen your automotive and sales knowledge
- Utilize dealership management software and CRM tools to manage customer relationships and opportunities
What We’re Looking For
- Sales experience preferred
- Outgoing, enthusiastic, and energetic personality
- Goal-oriented and motivated to succeed
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Desire to learn, improve, and grow professionally
- Ability to learn and use dealership management software and CRM programs
- Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
- High school diploma
- Fluency in a second language is a plus
