CSR / Estimator Assistant

McDonald Collision has an immediate opening for our team!!!!

McDonald Collision is looking for a new member for our CSR / Estimator Assistant team. Our ideal candidate has collision administrative experience, with a strong customer service background. We are a team-oriented shop that provides a fantastic work environment, supported by a superior, family owned dealership group.

Starting pay will be based upon experience and aptitude, however, we provide career advancement from within, and you will have advancement opportunities, based upon your performance.

Role

  • Assisting with answering customer phone calls
  • Customer service with walk in customers
  • Scheduling
  • Vehicle check in/delivery walk around with customers
  • Customer updates
  • Monitoring of office emails
  • Monitoring of insurance supplement submissions
  • Creating Repair Orders

Qualifications

  • Good customer communication and service skills a must!
  • Collision administrative experience preferred.
  • Proficiency with collision estimating software, CCC preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, responsive listening and critical thinking aptitude.
  • Excellent oral and written skills, detail oriented, punctual.
  • Maintain a professional appearance, positive attitude with cooperation, and leadership style with all team members and customers.

Requirements

  • Basic computer skills (printer/copier/phones/camera)
  • Basic math & accounting skills
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to handle high stress customers & situations with a positive attitude
  • Attention to detail & quality oriented in all tasks

A working understanding of vehicles or previous experience in the collision or mechanical field is helpful.
