Job DetailsJob Location: Washington, DC 20024Position Type: Full TimeEducation Level: NoneSalary Range: $135,000.00 - $145,000.00 SalaryTravel Percentage: Up to 50% Job Shift: DayJob Category: GovernmentMayvin is currently seeking a Data Manager (DM) to provide support to the Test & Evaluation Division in the Department Homeland Security's Federal Emergency Management Agency (DHS FEMA). The DM is responsible for planning, coordinating, maintaining, and overseeing all aspects of data collection system (DCS) support for government test and evaluation (T&E) events. The DM serves as a key member of the test team, ensuring data collection resources, assets, personnel, and infrastructure are prepared to support successful test execution and delivery of high-quality data.

Must be a U.S. Citizen.

Must have an active SECRET clearance.

This position is contingent upon award.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute Data Management Plans (DMPs) that define data collection, verification and validation (V&V), quality assurance, and archival requirements for assigned T&E events
Serve as the primary DCS coordinator, ensuring system capabilities, data requirements, schedules, and operational support align with test event objectives
Support test event readiness activities by conducting site assessments and providing DCS training, equipment, network, power, and facility resources with T&E stakeholders

Required Qualifications

Minimum 3-5 years of experience supporting data management, test and evaluation, systems engineering, or technical project environments
Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Data Management, or a related technical field
Experience developing and executing Data Management Plans and data collection strategies
Experience coordinating cross-functional technical teams and supporting test event execution
Strong organizational, analytical, and documentation skills

Preferred Qualifications

Familiarity with Chemical, Biological, Radiological, Nuclear (CBRN) or Countering Weapons of Mass Destruction (CWMD) mission environments
Experience with DCS, sensor systems, or field testing operations
Knowledge of data verification and validation (V&V) methodologies
