The selected candidate will provide expert technical writing, documentation support, and independent quality review to ensure clarity, accuracy, and consistency across mission critical program products.

Must be a U.S. Citizen.

Must undergo and pass a background investigation.

This position is contingent upon award.

Responsibilities

Provide expertise in data analysis, model development, visualization, and development of Government-maintainable analytical tools
Support data collection and validation, quantitative analysis, staffing and workload models, scenario and sensitivity testing, dashboards, decision tools, and implementation artifacts across Judicial Facility Security Program assessments
Work with workforce, process, governance, and security SMEs to translate validated findings into usable analytical products
Document data sources, assumptions, calculation logic, limitations, and update procedures and support testing, user guidance, and knowledge transfer

QualificationsRequired Qualifications

Bachelors Degree

Minimum Five (5) years experience in data analysis, analytical model development, data visualization, and creation of government maintainable analytical tools
Proven ability to support data collection and validation, conduct quantitative analysis, develop staffing and workload models, and perform scenario and sensitivity testing
Experience building dashboards, decision support tools, and implementation artifacts that inform assessments and operational decision making
Strong background collaborating with workforce, process, governance, and security subject matter experts to translate validated findings into usable analytical products
Ability to document data sources, assumptions, calculation logic, model limitations, and update procedures, and to support testing, user guidance, and knowledge transfer to government personnel

Preferred Qualifications

Experience supporting a Federal Government Agency
Previous Law Enforcement/Judiciary experience
