Job DetailsJob Location: Washington, DC 20544Position Type: Full TimeEducation Level: 4 Year DegreeSalary Range: $160,000.00 - $190,000.00 SalaryTravel Percentage: Up to 50% Job Shift: DayJob Category: GovernmentMayvin is seeking an Assessment Analyst to support the Administrative Office of the U.S. Courts (AOUSC) in Washington, D.C. The selected candidate will provide expert analytical support to advance mission critical assessment, evaluation, and decision support activities across the Judiciary.

Must be a U.S. Citizen.

Must undergo and pass a background investigation.

This position is contingent upon award.

Responsibilities

Provide expertise in physical security systems, equipment lifecycle management, and federal security operations
Assess security equipment inventories, asset data, maintenance and replacement practices, lifecycle planning, and supporting processes to identify gaps affecting equipment visibility, readiness, sustainability, and investment decisions
Evaluate asset management practices in the context of operational requirements, facility conditions, technology compatibility, maintenance history, and lifecycle risk
Work with process, workforce, and analytical personnel to help integrate security systems findings with broader Judicial Facility and Security Program recommendations

Required Qualifications

Bachelors Degree

Minimum Eight (8) years of experience with physical security systems, equipment lifecycle management, and federal security operations
Proven ability to assess security equipment inventories, asset data, maintenance and replacement practices, and lifecycle planning to identify gaps affecting equipment visibility, readiness, sustainability, and investment decision making
Strong background evaluating asset management practices in relation to operational requirements, facility conditions, technology compatibility, maintenance history, and lifecycle risk
Experience collaborating with process, workforce, and analytical personnel to integrate physical security system findings into broader Judicial Facility and Security Program recommendations
Ability to produce clear, actionable analyses that enhance equipment visibility, operational readiness, and long term sustainability across diverse security environments

Preferred Qualifications

Previous Federal Court protection experience
Previous State or County Court protection experience
