Summary
As the Deployment Lead at MASS Tech, you will help grow and deliver our Business-in-a-Box offering for small and mid-sized businesses. You will support sales and marketing activities, lead customer discovery, build tailored proofs-of-concept (POCs), and manage full-scale implementations.
This is a client-facing role for a all-rounder who can translate business requirements into practical solutions, demonstrate measurable value, and guide customers from the initial conversation through deployment, training, and ongoing support.
Responsibilities
- Support sales and marketing activities for MASS Tech’s Business-in-a-Box offering.
- Lead customer discovery sessions to understand sales, marketing, finance, service, inventory, and operational requirements.
- Map customer requirements to the appropriate Zoho One applications and recommend practical solutions.
- Build customized product demonstrations, proofs-of-concept, and pilot solutions.
- Prepare solution proposals, implementation plans, effort estimates, and customer presentations.
- Configure, customize, and deploy Zoho applications based on customer business processes.
- Implement solutions across key applications such as Zoho CRM, Books, Desk, Campaigns, Projects, Inventory, Creator, Analytics, and Flow.
- Write Deluge scripts and configure workflows, approvals, reports, dashboards, and automation.
- Design and manage integrations between Zoho and third-party platforms using APIs and native integration tools.
- Manage customer expectations, project timelines, communications, and implementation deliverables.
- Conduct customer onboarding, training, walkthroughs, and go-live support.
- Troubleshoot issues and coordinate with internal developers and Zoho support teams when needed.
- Create implementation documentation, training materials, case studies, and marketing content.
- Identify opportunities for additional automation, optimization, and Zoho adoption after deployment.
Requirements
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience implementing, administering, or supporting CRM, ERP, or business applications.
- Hands-on experience across the Zoho ecosystem; Zoho One experience is strongly preferred.
- Working knowledge of key Zoho applications, including CRM, Books, Desk, Campaigns, Creator, Analytics, and Flow.
- Experience with Deluge scripting, workflows, APIs, integrations, reports, and dashboards.
- Ability to translate business requirements into well-structured Zoho solutions.
- Experience leading customer discovery sessions, demonstrations, POCs, implementations, and training.
- Understanding of sales, marketing, customer service, finance, inventory, and order-management processes.
- Strong project-management, problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.
- Comfortable explaining technical solutions to business owners and non-technical stakeholders.
- Self-directed, dependable, and able to manage multiple customer engagements.
- Willingness to support business development, content creation, and community engagement.
