IT Operations / Cloud Support Jr

About the Role

We are looking for a Junior to Semi-Senior IT Operations / Cloud Support professional to join our team and support the day-to-day operation of our internal IT environment.

This is a hands-on, operational role with a strong focus on reliability, organization, and user support. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to continue developing their technical skills in cloud and IT operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage user access, including account creation, deactivation, and permissions.

• Provide day-to-day IT support to internal teams.

• Troubleshoot basic IT and connectivity issues.

• Support the administration of internal WiFi and network infrastructure.

• Set up and maintain basic cloud services and environments.

• Monitor and support simple cloud operations.

• Assist with general IT operations and internal technical requests.

Requirements:

• Technical education in IT, Networking, Systems, or a related field

• Approximately 0–2 years of professional experience in IT support, Service Desk, Systems Administration, Cloud Support, or a related area.

• Basic understanding of:

  • User accounts and permissions

  • Networking fundamentals

  • Cloud services and environments

  • General IT operations

• Basic knowledge or training in at least one cloud platform such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Microsoft Azure.

• Strong sense of responsibility and reliability.

• Proactive and organized approach to work.

• Attention to detail and willingness to learn.

• Good communication skills and a strong cultural fit.

Nice to Have

• Experience with WiFi or internal network administration.

• Hands-on experience with AWS, Google Cloud, or Microsoft Azure.

• Previous experience in a Service Desk, SysAdmin, SRE, or Cloud Operations environment.

• Intermediate or advanced English.
