MHS is seeking an attorney to work in its New York City office who will focus on litigating both product liability and employment cases in courts throughout the country. This attorney will help defend burn/fire cases, subrogation matters, toxic exposure matters as well as single plaintiff employment lawsuits. This attorney will work directly with clients on strategy decisions, and have opportunities to represent them at hearings, mediations, depositions, and trials.

Salary Range: $180,000-$220,000 depending on experience.

Qualifications
JD degree from an ABA accredited law school
5-7+ years of litigation experience with a background in products liability and/or toxic torts
Trial experience is strongly preferred
Employment discrimination experience preferred, but not required for this position
Active New York Bar admission required, additional admissions helpful
Ability to travel
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Attention to detail and commitment to excellence
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment
Strong organizational, time management, and project management skills
