About this role

Position Summary
 The Client Support Analyst works closely with the Strategist to build reports, create filters, and support campaigns and triggers that improve team performance and client outcomes. This role is responsible for working within internal software platforms to deliver reporting, track activity, manage support cases, coordinate data appends with third-party partners, and ensure work is completed accurately and on time. Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail are essential because support analyst roles commonly center on case tracking, issue resolution, documentation, and cross-functional coordination.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with the Strategist to build and deliver client and internal reports that support team goals and performance
  • Create and maintain filters, tracking tools, and reporting views within internal software
  • Build, test, and support triggers and campaigns based on business rules and client
  • Monitor ongoing activity and case progress, ensuring tasks are documented, updated, and completed accurately.
  • Manage support cases from intake through resolution, including follow-up, status tracking, and communication with internal stakeholders.
  • Work with third-party vendors and partners to coordinate data appends, file updates, and related deliverables
  • Review reports, files, and outputs for quality, formatting, and completeness before delivery.
  • Troubleshoot issues within the platform and escalate more complex problems when
  • Maintain clear documentation of processes, requests, updates, and client-related
  • Communicate clearly with team members, strategists, clients, and external partners to keep work moving

Qualifications

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in day-to-day
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Comfortable working in a case-driven or task-driven environment with multiple priorities.
  • Ability to learn internal software systems and follow established
  • Experience creating reports, tracking deliverables, or supporting operational
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage follow-up items through completion.
  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to identify issues and help move them toward

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in client support, account support, operations support, campaign support
  • Experience working with reporting tools, spreadsheets, CRM platforms, or case management
  • Experience coordinating with third-party data or file vendors is a plus


Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree is helpful but not required. Equivalent work experience is welcome, and the role does not require an advanced data or analytics
  • 1–3 years of experience in client support, operations, reporting support, or a related role preferred.
