Validation Test Engineer

Qualifications

• Engineering degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Automotive Engineering, or a related technical field.
  
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
  
• Demonstrated ability to plan and organize testing activities, including scope definition, resource allocation, qualification equipment selection, and cost estimation.
  
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to execute tests, evaluate results, identify deviations, and support problem-solving activities.
  
• Effective documentation and communication skills, including preparation of test reports, work instructions, training materials, and presentation of test results.
  
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, external test providers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders while supporting training and knowledge transfer activities.
  
• Commitment to quality, customer satisfaction, continuous improvement, health & safety, environmental standards, and integrated management system requirements.
  
  

Responsibilities

• Experience in planning and executing product tests, including defining test scope, test content, required resources, qualification equipment, timelines, and cost estimation.
  
• Ability to perform, coordinate, analyze, and evaluate internal and external testing activities, ensuring accurate interpretation of test results.
  
• Experience documenting and communicating test results, as well as creating work instructions, training materials, and supporting the onboarding of new team members.
  
• Ability to support test laboratory operations, including calibration coordination, procurement of test-related components and tools, and commissioning and validation of test equipment.
