Quality Serial Planning Engineer
Qualifications
- Diploma of technical Engineer
- English mandatory or German is a strong advantage
- Quality tools
- Minimum 2 years of experience in automotive industrie
Responsibilities
- QUALITY PLANNING FOR THE PRODUCT IN SERIES :
- Q-responsible for product and process changes in series
- Execute quality tasks
- Define, plan and implement quality requirements (verification, controls…)
- Update quality documentation (Control Plan, FMEA, Instructions…)
- PPAP
- Ensure quality targets are met
- QUALITY PLANNING DURING LAUNCH PHASE:
- Part of the transfer team ensures a smooth launch of the new projects from PEP team
- Support analyse of the NIO parts after production RUNs– PPM target analyse (RUN3 – RUN 4 before SOP).
- Organize launch Q-circle process in ramp-up phase (Daily meeting with the plant team and weekly meeting with PEP).
- Responsible for the quality KPIs (PPM/scrap) during launch phase (SOP + 6 months).
- Support customer complaints 8D during launch phase (SOP + 6 months)
- Check the compliance with the requirements
- Coordinate customer audits
- CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT
- COMMUNICATION WITH CUSTOMER
- PLAN AND CONDUCT REQUALIFICATION
