Advanced Groundskeeper
Qualifications
Master the physical, mental, and psychological capabilities required to perform the duties.
The required physical fitness must be certified by a medical certificate, renewable annually.
Have successfully completed at least the ninth year of basic education or demonstrate an equivalent level of education.
Having completed a training course with the Fire Brigade department Services specializing in first-response teams / First-level prevention.
Preferred Individuals who have served as civil protection officers for at least 3 years for the security team leader and the security manager.
Responsibilities
Supervising and directing security personnel in the performance of their duties.
Raising awareness among security personnel and employees regarding the prevention of fire, explosion, and panic.
Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and measures to prevent fire, explosion, and panic.
Informing security officers of the emergency and firefighting equipment available in the building.
Notifying the building operator of any situation that could threaten the safety of persons and property.
