About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Concrete Finisher to join our construction and landscaping team. The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of hands-on concrete experience and is comfortable working as part of a crew on residential and commercial projects.
Responsibilities
- Perform concrete finishing and flatwork
- Assist with forming and preparing concrete surfaces
- Set forms, grades, and elevations as required
- Place, level, screed, and finish concrete
- Assist with preparation, pouring, and cleanup
- Operate basic hand and power tools safely
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow company safety procedures and job-site requirements
- Work effectively as part of a crew to complete projects on schedule
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 1 year of concrete/construction experience
- Experience working as part of a concrete or construction crew
- Experience with
framing, forming, concrete finishing, and flatwork - Ability to perform physically demanding work outdoors
- Strong work ethic and reliable attendance
- Ability to follow instructions and work well with others
- Valid Ontario G Driver's Licence
- Reliable transportation is an asset
