Website & UI/UX Lead (ID 1363)
About this role
• Own our web properties end to end, including build, structure,
integrations, and performance, working fluently across WordPress and Webflow.
• Convert AI-generated or "vibe-coded" one-pagers and
design references into production-ready pages, resolving the responsive,
cross-browser, and edge-case issues a rough scaffold leaves behind.
• Own site performance, uptime, and security, including CDN and
DNS configuration on Cloudflare.
• Manage hosting end to end on Kinsta or equivalent managed
environments.
• Bring genuine design and UI/UX judgment to every build, keeping
each page on-brand without requiring a designer's review.
• Own CRM health end to end, including data structure, hygiene,
and continuous improvement as our process matures.
• Build and maintain the automations that keep the pipeline
moving, including lead routing, form-to-CRM connections, and workflow
automation that removes manual effort.
• Stand up reporting dashboards that give leadership real-time
visibility into pipeline and funnel health.
• Own technical SEO, including site speed, Core Web Vitals,
structured data, and site architecture.
Requirements
• Demonstrated, hands-on experience across both WordPress and
Webflow, with live builds you can show.
• A genuine eye for design and UI/UX. You can look at a page and
identify what is wrong before anyone points it out.
• Working command of Cloudflare, or an equivalent CDN, DNS, and
security layer. This is essential to the role.
• Fluency with AI-assisted build and design tools, paired with the
ability to turn their output into production-grade work, including the edge
cases a scaffold or template will not cover.
• Hands-on CRM experience (Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar),
comfortable owning data structure and hygiene rather than only entering
records.
• Working knowledge of marketing automation logic (Zapier, Make,
or native CRM automations), enough to connect systems without waiting on a
developer.
• A high-ownership mindset suited to owning a product rather than
clearing a ticket queue.
• Technical SEO depth: schema markup, Core Web Vitals, and site
architecture.
• Front-end coding ability (HTML, CSS, and light JavaScript) for
cases a builder tool cannot handle cleanly.
• Experience in a B2B industrial or deep-tech environment with
long sales cycles and technical buyers.
