  • Manage a portfolio of 3–5 strategic, high-value manufacturing accounts with P&L accountability for retention and growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with CXOs, Transformation Heads, and senior decision-makers.
  • Develop multi-year strategic account growth plans to expand business across new plants, divisions, and use cases.
  • Identify and drive revenue expansion opportunities within existing enterprise accounts.
  • Lead quarterly executive business reviews with key customers.
  • Work closely with Product, Customer Success, and Migration teams to ensure delivery commitments are achieved.
  • Understand customers' transformation agendas and position solutions across their manufacturing footprint.
  • Monitor account health and proactively identify churn risks and competitor activities.
  • Drive customer retention, renewals, and long-term account growth.
  • Maintain strong executive relationships and act as a strategic advisor to key clients.


  • Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in Enterprise SaaS.
  • At least 5 years of experience in Strategic Account Management.
  • Strong and proven experience in the manufacturing sector is mandatory.
  • Proven track record of managing/generating USD 10M+ SaaS revenue in the manufacturing vertical.
  • Demonstrated experience engaging and influencing CXO and Transformation Head-level stakeholders.
  • Strong expertise in enterprise account management, client retention, and revenue expansion.
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Ability to create and execute multi-year strategic account plans.
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to engage confidently with CIOs, COOs, CFOs, and other senior leaders.
  • B.Tech qualification preferred; MBA in Sales & Marketing is an added advantage.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, relationship management, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong reliability, ownership, and ability to build long-term customer trust.
