About this role
Define and execute the overall marketing
strategy across paid, owned and earned channels to hit revenue and growth
targets.
Build, mentor and manage the marketing
team (ROAS, campaigns, content, catalogue, brand strategy).
Develop and execute the overall
brand strategy aligned with business objectives.
Define and maintain the brand identity,
voice, and visual consistency across all channels.
Identify market trends, customer
insights, and competitive opportunities to strengthen brand positioning.
Build long-term brand equity while
driving short-term sales initiatives.
Own the marketing budget and allocate
spend across channels for maximum ROI.
Partner with the founders on
positioning, pricing, and go-to-market for new collections and launches.
Set KPIs and reporting cadences for the
full marketing function; present results to leadership.
Lead influencer, affiliate and
partnership marketing programs relevant to jewellery and gifting occasions.
Drive customer retention strategy in
collaboration with CRM/email and loyalty programs.
Requirements
8+ years in marketing
leadership, with at least 3 years in D2C / e-commerce (jewellery, fashion, or
luxury preferred).
Proven track record of
scaling revenue through a mix of paid, organic and brand marketing.
Experience managing multi-channel
budgets and cross-functional teams.
Strong grasp of North
American consumer behavior and seasonal jewellery demand cycles.
Prior experience in
fine jewellery, gemstones, or luxury goods.
Experience launching brands or product
lines in the US/Canada market.
