Chief of Lending Products (ID 1360)

Noida · On-site

About this role

• Own the shadow P&L of the lending vertical, driving revenue targets, pipeline growth, and business expansion across priority geographies
• Lead vertical growth strategy — identify market opportunities across consumer, SME, and commercial lending segments, define winning propositions, and build a roadmap for scaling the lending business across priority geographies
• Engage directly with C-suite and senior stakeholders at client organizations to build deep relationships, understand evolving needs, and position as a long-term strategic partner in lending transformation
• Drive deal wins by working closely with the sales and pre-sales organization — solutioning workshops, shaping propositions, supporting large pursuits, and ensuring lending solutions are positioned competitively across banks and NBFCs
• Translate market and customer intelligence into product direction — partner closely with the CPO and engineering teams on roadmap prioritization and feature definition across origination, underwriting, decisioning, servicing, and collections; bring structured client feedback, competitive intelligence, and industry signals to shape what gets built and when
• Partner with the CAIO and product teams to commercially frame and prioritize high-impact AI use cases in lending — bringing the market and client lens to determine where AI creates genuine competitive differentiation across decisioning, document intelligence, fraud detection, underwriting support, and customer communication. This leader shapes the AI agenda from a commercial and market perspective, not a technical one.
• Build external presence in the lending market - Act as the primary external face of  lending business — representing the vertical at industry forums, client events, and analyst engagements
• Own go-to-market strategy - Develop and refine go-to-market packaging, solution narratives, and competitive positioning for the lending vertical across banking and NBFC segments in target markets
• Drive alignment across the CPO, CAIO, Sales, and Delivery organizations to ensure the lending vertical executes with coherence and speed

Requirements

• 20+ years in lending across banks, fintechs, or enterprise platform providers — with a career arc that moves from technical/product foundations to commercial leadership
• Demonstrated ownership of shadow P&L or revenue targets for a lending vertical or product line, with a measurable track record of driving business growth — not just influencing outcomes, but also directly accountable for performance
• Techno-commercial profile with early career grounding in engineering, product development, or technology delivery — credibility in having built or shipped product before transitioning into commercial and strategic leadership
• Deep expertise in end-to-end credit products — consumer, SME, and commercial lending across origination, underwriting, decisioning, pricing, servicing, and collections — and a strong understanding of how banks and NBFCs buy, implement, and scale these solutions
• Experience engaging and influencing C-suite stakeholders at tier-1 banks, large NBFCs, and financial institutions across India, MEA, SEA, and/or US markets
• Strong understanding of lending regulations, compliance frameworks, and credit risk policies — KYC/AML, credit bureau integrations, and regional regulatory nuances across key markets
• Familiarity with BPM, ECM, low-code platforms, and AI applications in lending — enough to credibly shape product direction and client conversations.
• Strong commercial acumen — pricing, packaging, deal structuring, and GTM strategy across enterprise B2B environments
